This position is responsible for providing in home clinical care as well as clerical duties for the Windber Community Based Palliative Care Program to ensure efficient and effective patient care. In addition, this position will assist with the virtual care aspects of this program by assisting with CRNP or physician with the assessments, both in the patient’s home and at local nursing and personal care homes, and coordinating and scheduling virtual visits for both the palliative care program and the nursing facility. Minimum 2 years work experience as a Medical Assistant in an office. LPN and/or RN license acceptable at Medical Assistant pay range. Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation certification required. Valid Driver’s license required.
