The Coordinator will conduct rounds & utilize the EMR to monitor & discuss infection control & patient safety practices with staff, collect data from departments, enter data in required reporting systems, maintain records, educate staff, investigate adverse events, incidents & patient complaints & provide reports & follow up. The positon will also function as the Employee Health Nurse. Minimum 5 years Acute Care Hospital experience, current PA RN license & BLS required. ACLS/PALS, BSN, Certification in Infection Prevention & experience in Patient Safety preferred.
