CSSMCW is seeking a full-time Director of Acute Care Services. This key position is responsible and accountable for all activities related to the 24-hour clinical and administrative management of acute care services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The Director of Acute Care works collaboratively with other nurse leaders in the development of patient care policies and procedures to meet all requirements, establishes a cohesive and collaborative nursing team through active leadership, and is responsible for quality improvement, efficient and effective use of resources, as well as compliance with regulations pertinent to CCU and Wing III. BSN required, master’s degree preferred, valid RN license and BLS required, and minimum 5 years nursing management experience in Acute Care setting required. ACLS required, or must be obtained within six months of employment.
