This position is responsible for providing dedicated managerial support to Acute Care Services which includes, Wing III, CCU, Hospital Supervisors and Resource Nurses with the goal of strengthening and advancing the nursing practice. Responsibilities include organizing, developing and directing the operations and delivering of nursing care for the Acute Care Services, establishing a cohesive and collaborative nursing team through active leadership and being accountable and responsible for budgets, clinical quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, personnel management and following the Planetree model. BSN required, master’s degree preferred, valid RN license required and minimum 5 years nursing management experience in Acute Care setting required.
