Clinical Quality Analyst combines clinical skills by surveillance and auditing of charts for surgical site infections and health care and community acquired infections with computer expertise when analyzing, entering, and reporting Quality data. This role also supports healthcare providers and staff in utilizing technology and data to improve the quality, efficiency, and safety of patient care in the hospital and physician practices through electronic documentation and reporting and in the home care setting. This position reports to and is under the supervision of the Vice President of Nursing and Quality. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical setting required. Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required. Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation certification required.
