This position is responsible for the overall administration of both our Windber Care Physicians practice, as well as our Surgical & Bariatrics practice.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for strategic growth of the practices, monitoring of financial performance, quality, and overall office operations. This includes oversight of areas of operational and process improvement, including patient access, care alignment, patient satisfaction, and revenue maximization. Position will identify barriers and implement corrective action measures to ensure positive outcomes. Oversight of monitoring and managing key financial and revenue cycle metrics including, staff hours, resource allocation, expense budget, patient volumes, and the revenue cycle process. This position will also assist with physician recruitment and onboarding.
B.S. in related field required. 5+ years’ related-experience required including 3 years’ minimum experience with direct oversight of physician practices. Professional Practice Management certification preferred.
