This position is responsible for enhancing standards of patient care and standards of nursing practice through visionary nursing leadership. This senior nursing leader is a member of the executive staff reporting directly to the President/CEO. Valid PA RN license and master’s degree required, MSN preferred. Hospital nursing leadership experience required. Ten years experience in progressive nursing management required with at least 4 years in senior nursing leadership role preferred. Certification in nursing administration and membership of PONL preferred.
