The liaison is responsible to develop, implement and effectively represent and provide information about CSSMCW to healthcare providers, potential referral sources, patients and the community. This position will strive to meet and/or exceed the overall business plan, strategic goals, and financial objectives and be the visible connection between the health care provider community and CSSMCW. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required. Valid PA driver’s license required. Minimum 3 years experience of healthcare services with demonstrated results. Home care experience preferred.
