This position is responsible for monitoring the use of Agency resources to ensure the delivery of high quality care in a cost effective and efficient manner by recognizing and adhering to reimbursement guidelines. This position is also responsible for coordinating Performance Improvement projects of Home Health Agency (HHA) and Hospice, utilization review process, assisting with staff education programs and the computer project for the EMR. Provide direction and supervision to other staff members regarding patient care issues, documentation issues, reimbursement issues and application of Home Care computer project. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a home care nursing related field preferred but not required. Valid PA RN license, CPR, driver’s license & proof of insurance required.
