This position is responsible for evaluating the emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of a patient and/or his/her significant others and developing and implementing a plan to meet those needs. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in psychology, sociology, or social work required and/or a Masters in Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). One year in health care related experience required. Experience in spiritual care is preferred. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
