CSSMCW is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing & Quality. This role is responsible for management of the overall function of all nursing departments while ensuring quality patient care. In addition, this position has oversight of departmental budgets, regulatory & compliance, staff education & competency, patient safety, and clinical quality reporting through Core Measures and patient satisfaction monitoring. Valid PA RN license & Master’s Degree in a Healthcare related field (MSN preferred), or must be willing to obtain within in three years of hire. 5+ years’ experience in healthcare management required, nursing management preferred.
